animal testing is torture!

Dear Editor,
 
            My name is Billy Bob Joe, but that's not my real name! I’m writing this letter to you to talk/write about animal testing. I think that it is cruel to animals and that we shouldn’t do this to them. Although we don’t use animals only for testing, I think we should do it less.

 

            To begin with, one thing that we should do is to test on annoying insects like the fly or something like that. Besides, even if we already do, don’t you think that we can test them more times? I mean, who would care about a little, annoying, and also “non-human” living thing? I know that I would rather harm an insect than to harm an animal!

 
            Second of all, can’t we do it on cloned animals? That’s why I think we should do it on the annoying insects and cloned animals besides a real, nice living thing. I really think that it is better to help make ourselves safe with a safe product, but that means that we will have to harm the animals. That’s not what we want, though. That’s why we should, not only use insects, but use cloned animals too. 

 
            Okay, even if animals can do things that maybe a cloned animal or an insect couldn’t research, but did I say that we shouldn’t use “any” more animals for testing? Okay, maybe I did, but I didn’t completely mean that. We could use about 20% or less of what real animals we use now instead of 100% with the insects and cloned animals. Now that’s what I mean by much better!


            In conclusion, I really think that we can shorten the usage of animals, increase usage of insects, and add more cloned animals. These are some really super ways to help stop the torturous animal testing!!
